I am an actor and writer from the south of England, currently basing myself in central London. My primary passion is for the dramatic arts, and I first gained my interest in acting when I was 'conscribed' into a school play. Initially apprehensive, I was uncertain about the whole prospect of being on stage, but once I found myself performing I felt the drive to continue. Since then, I have continued to pursue an acting career, extensively studying the performing arts. Within recent years, I have featured in several plays, starring in a production of Moliere's 'The Prodigious Snob', William Shakespeare's 'Much Ado About Nothing' and 'Romeo and Juliet'. I also co-wrote and performed in a small scale pantomime in 2008, and was lead writer for a short theatrical piece in 2010. I also have a keen interest in writing, and started writing a short film script earlier this year, as well as occasionally blogging. I intend to further my writing through-out this year with the view of producing several short films, as well as writing reviews and reports where I can. I also have an idea for a novel, but that should probably wait until I have achieved my other literary goals before I embark on a new venture!
