Reports of Blockbuster preparing for Bankruptcy

It looks as if the home video rental service, Blockbuster, which once dominated is set for bankruptcy after struggling to survive. Blockbuster Inc. is preparing to file for bankruptcy this month, according to people who have been briefed on the matter as reported by The LA Times.

They intend to enter a “pre-planned” bankruptcy after executives from Blockbuster and its senior debt holders held meetings with the six major movie studios last month.
