The Stand Up Film Festival is a festival with a difference, they want you to help stand up against poverty and inequality.
'Wherever you are in the world, whether you are a community group, a charity, a business, or a concerned individual, you can hire a film, screen it, and be part of this unique movement.'
The season will launch in London on 17 September 2010, as millions of people across the world Stand Up and Take Action to demand that heads of state deliver breakthrough plans to meet their promises.
Many screening will take place such as Environment: The Age of Stupid by Franny Armstrong, The Hunger Season and The End of the line by Rupert Murray.
